Step 1 Financial Analysis

A qualified mortgage specialist will establish a borrowing capacity to suit your lifestyle. During this period you will be educated on ways to reduce your current debt and the process of obtaining a mortgage and importantly what options you have. You will also be shown how the FHB grants work.
Step 2 Home Options
- Review over 32 designs and 45 location options
An experienced property consultant will meet you armed with your borrowing capacity and show you the many purchase options you have. First you will learn the locations that match your financial and lifestyle needs and then discover the house options available.
Step 3 Contracts
- Sign Contracts Subject to Finance Approval
Upon selection of your block of land and confirmation of the design for your new home you will request contracts. Contracts and preliminary drawings will be made available within 48 hours for your review before signing. After your review of the contracts they will be signed and sent to the lender for finance approval.
Step 4 Home Selections
- Make all your interior and exterior selections
Upon unconditional approval by your lenders you will be invited to one of our selection centers to review all the options for your new home. You will be given a detailed review of the options you have for bricks, roof tiles, paint colours, baths, tap-ware, ovens and much more.
