Firstly, the 10 Year Rental Guarantee is optional to all customers, however we are yet to see one client not take up this valuable facility. Your 10 year Rental Guarantee is an agreement that is signed when you sign your building contracts.
You will sign a standard property management authority with us at market rates allowing us to manage the property on your behalf once the property is constructed.
Property Planet will become your tenants and you will sign a lease agreement with us that commences 30 days after the handover of the property after construction.
Property Planet will find a suitable tenant by screening applications through our experienced property management division. The tenant will sign a lease with Property Planet, which means in essence we sub-let the property and take over all financial commitments.
The rent is calculated yearly and then divided by 12 to get a monthly amount. Property Planet then pays you on an agreed day of each month for the previous months rent. Any rent increases made during the 10 Year Rental Guarantee are paid to you.
The great thing is that our agreement provides total flexibility with you in mind. You can cancel the agreement at any stage without any penalties involved. This allows you to sell the property or even move in without any hassle.
